WroMigrant infopoint

WroMigrant consultations for migrants and refugees

WroMigrant - the municipal information point for migrants and refugees, provides information support to people already living in Wrocław, as well as those who are just arriving in our city.

WroMigrant consultants provide information to foreigners in Poland, primarily on the subjects of legalisation of stay and work, as well as advice on education, language courses, health care, PESEL number and other documents, driving license, and housing. WroMigrant consultants provide information in five languages: Ukrainian, English, Belorusian, Russian, and Polish. All consultations are free of charge.

The info point has been operating since February 2020. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the information point started working remotely and provided information via mobile phones, e-mail, and mobile applications, which continues to this day.

Within 3 months from February 24, 2022, after full-scale Russian aggression in Ukraine, the WroMigrant point provided more than 10,000 personal, telephone, and e-mail consultations to refugees and inhabitants of Wrocław.

Information workshops

In addition to personal consultations, the WroMigrant team and partners organise trainings and practical info sessions on issues of life in Poland and Wrocław. The current schedule of events can be found in the calendar of Przejście Dialogu.

Multilingual publications

The employees of the WroMigrant infopoint also publish important information materials, such as Map of Wrocław for new residents (in 5 languages).
