Psychological support during a pandemic in English, Russian and Ukrainian

The need for psychological support during the epidemic also applies to migrants. In Wrocław, free psychological assistance in English, Russian and Ukrainian can be obtained from specialists of the Centrum Zdrowia Psychicznego+.

Anyone who feels that they are in a state of mental crisis due to the introduction of an epidemic emergency, who needs conversation and support in this difficult time, can benefit from psychological help.

In particular, the support is directed to members of medical staff and other services involved in activities related to the threat of coronavirus; people in quarantine; people who, due to the introduced restrictions, lost their source of income overnight; people who are in a mental crisis and have been refused other forms of assistance due to the epidemic.

Free psychological help is also provided by:

  1. CUKR – Centrum Ukraińskie Kultury i Rozwoju. A Russian and Ukrainian-speaking psychologist gives a free consultation every Thursday from 10: 00-14: 00. It is necessary to book a visit by calling 571 330 203 or by e-mail:
  2. Psychologowie dla Społeczeństwa. On selected Saturdays, the website publishes a list of specialists, including English-speaking ones, along with contact details. The duty schedule can be checked on an ongoing basis on the website or Facebook.
